Our privacy protection practices are in alignment with the Federal Privacy Protection Act [BDSG], as well as the Telemedia Act [TMG]
You can visit our website without having to provide personal information. In this case, we only store access data without personal references, such as the name of your internet service provider, the page from which you visited us, or the name of the requested file. This data is exclusively used to improve our service, and does not permit any conclusions about your person.
If you provide us with data on our website and/or our web-shop, we use this data strictly to fulfill and process the concluded contractual relationship and/or the business interaction.
We routinely collect and store the following customer data in connection with a registration, an order and/or purchase via our web-shop and/or via an order form, or for telephone orders:

"Mandatory Entries" are marked by a "*" in the required data-entry field. Any additional information is provided on a voluntary basis.Your data is stored separately as a master data and as a billing data, as required by the current privacy protection laws.
Your data is locked out from further use upon completion of the contract and the complete payment of the purchase price, and is deleted upon expiration of the storage term required by tax and commercial laws.
Data is only stored permanently if you have previously registered with us, and have received log-in information. In this case you can demand the deletion of the data at any time (see section6).
If you subscribed to our newsletter, your e-mail address is used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The subscription can be stopped at any time via your own customer profile, but also by telephone, letter or fax.
We store the contract text and send the order information by e-mail. You can also view the standard business terms and conditions at any time here . You can view your prior order history in our customer login area.
This website uses Piwik, an open source software tool for statistical analysis of user access. Piwik uses "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer, and which enable the analysis of your use of the website. The information created by the cookie about your use of this internet service is stored on our server in Germany. The IP address is rendered anonymous immediately after processing and prior to it being stored. You have the ability to prevent the installation of the cookies by meaning an appropriate browser-software setting. We protect our website and other systems by technical or organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or destruction of your data by unauthorized persons. The affected personal data will be deleted upon a corresponding notification, unless these are still needed to fulfill the obligations of the concluded contractual relationship, or statutory regulations prevent the deletion. In this case, the affected personal data is blocked instead of being deleted.
